Thank you for visiting my website. I started Crafty Penguin in 2013 when my youngest daughter was approaching school age, I decided I needed to put my graphic design background to work by starting a flexible home-based business. I took a graphic design program before I had my 3 daughters, and started making signs for my daughters rooms and for friends, and then word started to get out, and so it began. I have gradually grown the business year after year, and now it is keeping me busy full-time! I appreciate all my new and repeat customers! All of my signs are made from either MDF or Pine/Spruce. I only use Paint, no vinyl at all. All signs come ready to hang with a keyhole slide on the back. Pine signs have some knots and imperfections, which give the signs a rustic look with more character. For a more modern look choose an mdf sign, it's smooth with no imperfections. If you would like a sign more or less weathered looking than in the listing photos, please just make a comment when purchased. Signs that are made to order typically take 1-2 weeks for completion, but if you have a certain deadline, I can usually make it work. Thank you for all the support in helping me grow this business. I love painting and making signs that make people feel something, and motivates, calms, invokes laughter, or just something to compliment any decor! I am in Penticton, BC, but I ship all over! Different pickup/shipping/delivery options available at checkout. Also, there is an option to place an order, and pay at pick-up, or etransfer instead of using a credit card!

**SHIPPING**
I offer free local pick up in Penticton, BC, or $5 home delivery between Penticton and Kelowna. After you add to cart, you can see all the options. Please allow 1-2 weeks for signs to be made and shipped. I will try and work within a shorter timeline if needed.

I am happy to ship outside of Canada, but please contact us for an accurate shipping price before purchasing.

**RETURNS**

I will glady accept returns on non custom signs. You just need to get it back to me in same condition as purchased and I will offer a full refund. Due to the custom signs being created by order they are not refundable. I send proofs before sending for approval. If you are not happy with your sign please let me know and we can try work it out so you are happy. :)
